Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We currently only deal with customers in the United Kingdom via this website, should you wish to deal with us from outside the UK please contact us via the above.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information using our secure server.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Items under 1KG in weight will be shipped via Royal Mail. Items over 1KG in weight will be shipped via a courier. Special items will be identified and any delivery charges specified. No shipping charge will be made for items collected from our trade counter.

Any shortage or damage must be clearly identified and a written statement of the facts received by ourselves within 3 days after the date of delivery, otherwise no claim will be entertained. The package and contents should be retained for examination.

Written notice of any non- delivery must be received at our branch within 7 days of the date of invoice. Time is of the essence of this clause. Our liability in respect of any claim accepted under this clause is limited to making up the shortage or replacing of any goods proved to have been damaged or lost in transit to the point of delivery, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you, whether direct or consequential and howsoever arising.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 4-5 business days.

We shall not be liable for any loss, penalties or damage, direct or indirect occasioned by delayed delivery and in no case shall delay be a ground for rejecting goods nor shall R & B Star (Electrical Wholesalers) Ltd be responsible for any consequence or loss however arising.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, The current ruling rate of VAT is added.

Our liability under this clause shall be in lieu of any warranty or condition supplied by law as to the quality of fitness for any particular purpose of the goods and we shall not be under any liability, whether in contact, tort or otherwise, in respect of any defects in goods delivered or for any injury, damage or loss resulting from such defects or from anything done or omitted in connection with the goods or from any work done in connection therewith.
